Tenant Responsibilities
Water and sewer is included in the rent but tenants pay electricity, garbage, and tv/internet if desired. Tenants are responsible for mowing the grass and weeding planter beds around the house, so please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the yard looking nice at all times, or be willing to pay a landscaper to do it for you.
