But one small or medium sized dog will be considered on a case-by-case basis with $50 monthly pet rent and $500 additional refundable security deposit. First and last month's rent and refundable security deposit are required. This home is only available for a 6 month lease. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
